We calculate quantities so you avoid overspending while ensuring seamless service.  Our clients are paying for service, not overhead.  Sip Society delivers a venue-level luxury bar experience without venue bar markups - giving you full control over your selections, budget, and guest experience. 

Massachusetts state alcohol laws do not allow for the supply of alcohol by mobile bar services.  There is no alcohol provided in any of our packages.  The host is provided a list and may purchase alcohol independently, or we can assist with facilitating ordering through a preferred retailer, who will deliver directly to your event location.

We carry full Commercial Insurance with Liquor Liability & General Liability.  We go above "the bar" to add hosts and venues as Additional Insured on our policies for the day of your event, to give you total peace of mind.

Based in Sandwich, MA, we travel the entire MA coastline from the North Shore to Cape Cod, as far as Provincetown and everywhere in between.  We are built to travel and The Sip Society wants to be at your event!  Reach out and we can discuss details for locations beyond our general radius.  A travel fee may be imposed for areas over 50 miles from our homebase.  

We always recommend securing your date as early as possible since our availability can change frequently, particularly during peak wedding and event season.  Saturday's fill first, followed by Sunday's and Friday's.  It's always our goal to work with you to make it happen, regardless of your timeline.  We'll work with you and do our best to accommodate your date based on availability. 

Our packages are tiered and fully customizable to meet all of your wants and needs.  Each package is curated based on the guest count and event duration, taking into consideration service level.  We have a minimum investment of $1,000 for our core service package.  Pricing includes professional bartenders, setup, service, and breakdown.  Request a custom quote tailored to your specific occassion.

This is part of our luxury planning support with an experienced bar consultant.  We guide the host with a customized alcohol shopping list so they purchase the right amount for the guest count and menu.  Sip Society is not responsible for the host not purchasing enough alcohol. 

Simply put, no.  Unlike cash bars that shift the cost to guests, Sip Society allows hosts to provide a fully hosted bar experience - removing pressure, eliminating awkward payment moments, and elevating the overall event. 

Regrettably, due to our advanced booking model, we can not accommodate rain dates.  The host is responsible for tent cover of the bar in the event of inclement weather.  We are happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size for your event and designated bar area.

A 50% retainer is required to reserve your special date along with a $150 non-refundable booking fee.  The remaining 50% of the service contract fee is due 14 days before the event.  Full refund less booking fee if notice is provided more than 60 days in advance.  50% refund provided less booking fee if notice is less than 30 days in advance.  Cancellations made within 30 days will not be refunded.
